Trilok Singh is an Advocate and Mediator, holding a B.A. LL.B. from the University of Delhi. He is empanelled as Special Panel Counsel for the Union of India and has also served as Panel Counsel for the University of Delhi and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
He has developed significant expertise in criminal, civil, and commercial litigation, with particular focus on criminal law, civil disputes, consumer protection matters, labour and service disputes, rent and eviction proceedings, matrimonial and family law matters, negotiable instruments cases, and allied areas. He regularly appears before specialized forums such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT/NCLAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT/DRAT), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and Arbitral Tribunals.
