Manish Kumar is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, Arbitrator, and Accredited Mediator, with a well-established practice in constitutional, civil, criminal, commercial, banking, arbitration, and regulatory litigation. He completed his Bachelor of Science from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, and thereafter pursued his *LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2015 and subsequently qualified the prestigious Advocate-on-Record Examination of the Supreme Court of India.

He further strengthened his dispute-resolution expertise by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi. He is a Qualified Mediator under the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India, an Empanelled Arbitrator with the International Institute of Dispute Resolution and Conciliation (IIDRC), and regularly acts as an Arbitrator and Mediator in commercial, contractual, and civil disputes.

With extensive experience in handling complex and high-stakes matters, Manish Kumar regularly appears and argues cases before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, other State High Courts, and a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial forums across the country.

His practice spans Special Leave Petitions, writ petitions, civil and criminal appeals, transfer petitions, review and curative petitions, contempt matters, Public Interest Litigations, commercial and recovery suits, insolvency proceedings, arbitration, mediation, and execution of decrees.

He has developed significant expertise before specialized forums including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT/NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT/DRAT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), National Green Tribunal (NGT), Central and State Administrative Tribunals, Armed Forces Tribunal, and Electricity Regulatory Commissions and Appellate Tribunals.

As the Founder and Managing Partner of LEX Supreme (Attorneys and Legal Consultants), he leads a multidisciplinary team providing litigation, arbitration, mediation, and advisory services to multinational corporations, public sector banks, domestic companies, institutions, and individual clients. He is also a Panel Lawyer for Canara Bank, representing the bank in recovery proceedings, SARFAESI matters, writ petitions, and appeals before constitutional courts and tribunals.
