Md. Sadath Hussain is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and an Accredited Mediator under the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India. He completed his graduation from Osmania University in 2013 and thereafter pursued his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pendekanti Law College, affiliated with Osmania University, graduating in 2016. He was enrolled with the Bar Council of Telangana in the same year and subsequently qualified the prestigious Advocate-on-Record Examination of the Supreme Court of India.

With extensive experience in handling complex and high-stakes litigation, Md. Sadath Hussain has practiced widely before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, High Court for the State of Telangana, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, subordinate courts, and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Delhi, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and other States. His practice before the Supreme Court includes Special Leave Petitions, civil and criminal appeals, statutory appeals, and matters arising under diverse legislative frameworks.

He has developed significant expertise in criminal, civil, and commercial litigation, with particular focus on criminal law, civil disputes, consumer protection matters, labour and service disputes, rent and eviction proceedings, matrimonial and family law matters, negotiable instruments cases, and allied areas.

He regularly appears before specialized forums such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT/NCLAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT/DRAT), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and Arbitral Tribunals.
